Sure Thing

Adrian: West Coast. As close to a sure thing as they come, especially given how hard to pick the other three games are.

Bozza: Win or Lose, Chris Scott will find a way to whinge about Geelong playing at the MCG.

Eddie: Chris Scott complaining about home finals.

Jai: Jayden’t multibet better include Pendles for his 300th.

Jarrod: West Coast, at home, easily accounting for a team that is arguably making up the numbers. Those words will come back to bite me.

Joel: Geelong fans to call for Gil’s head if they aren’t gifted a home final.

Redda: Dons to lose by 60+ points and get spanked into a decade long rebuild.

Most at Stake

Adrian: West Coast, more is expected of a defending premier. If they lose to Essendon at home they will be kicking themselves for their Round 23 slip.

Bozza: Leon Cameron, a loss will again have people questioning whether he is the right man to be at the wheel of the GWS ferarri.

Eddie: Geelong, three games clear at the break and not getting younger the time is now if they are to add to their trophy cabinet.

Jai: GWS and the Eagles have the most to lose.

Jarrod: GWS, a loss will firmly cement them as a soft finals side.

Joel: West Coast, cannot afford to lose to mid-table team when they’ve been a powerhouse all season.

Redda: Geelong, it’s now or never.

Doomsday Scenario

Adrian: West Coast lose, anything less than a Prelim Final berth is a disaster for this team.

Bozza: Richmond and Collingwood both win and we have to put up with both supporter groups for the next fortnight.

Eddie: The AFL gives Geelong a home final, and Collingwood decides to rebuild Victoria Park and plays home games in a 20,000 seat cage.

Jai: Jayden’s multi includes Pendles for his 300th.

Jarrod: For Tigers fans, a Richmond win and Collingwood loss setting up a probable Friday night Prelim at the G once again.

Joel: All three interstate teams lose, adding more misery to football outside Victoria.

Redda: Geelong lose. With Selwood, Danger, Taylor and Hawkins all in their 30’s and Kelly having one foot out the door, this might be their last chance to contend.
