The NBL season is upon us once again and while most pundits are passing judgement on how the teams will perform in 2019/20, our favourite fashionista is here to tell you how each fares in the fashion stakes. Despite being underwhelmed at first, she described the overall collection as ‘boring-a-rama’, @GlamMissG tells you the worst to first in NBL fashion stakes.

9. Brisbane Bullets
While Bullets fans might like this one, there isn’t much to judge from a fashion standpoint.

8. Adelaide 36ers
Not much to this effort either, a personal preference of navy over royal blue sees it avoid the ignominy of last place on this list.

7. Illawarra Hawks
Good on the Hawks for trying something a little different, which is handy given there will be a bucket load of these sold as a result of their acquisition of LaMelo Ball.

6. New Zealand Breakers
The nod to culture elevates this jersey from the rest of the pack.

5. Melbourne United
Like any true Melbournian, United know that black is always the new black.

4. Sydney Kings
Finally something that isn’t just black or blue!

3. Perth Wildcats
Not usually the biggest fan of red, it works for the Wildcats though. Bonus points for the claw marks too meaning this isn’t just another ‘blah’ offering.

2. SE Melbourne Phoenix
Something, something, Harry Potter ‘Phoenix’. Nice use of green too.

1. Cairns Taipans
Bold colours and bold use of font are the two major reasons the Taipans stand out from the crowd.
